When it comes to commercial and multi family residential propertied, there are so many variables that must be considered. There is rarely a “one size fits all” approach for these projects. Our recommendation is to call our office and schedule a free on site evaluation of all the complexities of your project.
Basic
Dryer vent cleaning only service includes cleaning the duct from the outside using air powered cleaning equipment specifically designed for dryer vent cleaning. We prefer this method as it allows us to provide a quality dryer vent cleaning service without having to make entry into the apartment or building and disturb the residents.
Advanced
This service includes a full dryer vent cleaning as well as interior safety inspection of the transition duct, connection points, and appliance. Often, the dryers themselves have excessive lint build up inside and can cause a major fire hazard. The advanced service includes an appliance cleaning.
Commercial Laundry Facility
Commercial laundry facility services often include class 2 dryer ducts that need different tools and techniques to clean. Prescott Home Safety has all the specialty skills and tools needed to tackle these more complicated jobs.

Annual Service
All the major manufacturers of fireplaces as well as the gas company recommend servicing gas heating appliances annually. Failure to perform this maintenance could place unwanted liability on the property owners and managment.
Our annual “Gas Fireplace Tune Up” service is a full cleaning of the system as well as a safety check of the system to verify that the unit is functioning properly and does not pose hazards such as gas leaks or carbon monoxide.
A full report of each unit serviced is available on request.
Repair
We are able to troubleshoot and repair all major brands of gas fireplaces.
